♥ 0 | Hello all, Your collective help would be appreciated. I’ve started a volunteer position in the library at my public elementary school. It goes without saying the staff is overburdened. A stack of repairs wait for attention and are not a priority. I made my first, and only attempt to fix a paperback only causing it’s ‘death’ by glue. Turning to YouTube to get self educated I found Save Your Books. My question is, which lessons will best apply to the triage situation repairing elementary school books? Since I’m a volunteer the cost for classes and some supplies will come from my own pocket so I need to choose classes wisely. Any advice? I’d love to help get over-loved books from the library cupboard to the shelves. Thank you, Bea Portland, Oregon Marked as spam |
