Rusty Staples (from lesson 2-112b).

Dear Classmates,

In lesson 2-12b (re-sew and repair a pamphlet/chapbook) we removed rusty staples. What if the rusty staples have left much residue (rusty paper). Do we scrap if off or remove it all together?

I would remove it within reason. Coating it in pva will prevent it from affecting the rest of the paper to a degree too.
