Repair of paperback

0

I decided to try and repair a paperback book as my first project. There are many loose pages but when I tried to remove the cover the front and back covers have come away but the spine section is still attached to the majority of the pages. How do I deal with this ?

Good question. Fortunately, the paper covers are made of layers of paper so you should be able to use a book repair knife or similar to pry it up carefully. I show how the paperback paper can be split in the YouTube video: https://youtu.be/iByMBvpFTNk. About minute 14:26.
