Posted by | Private answer Hi Sarah, The short answer is that it is more or less removable depending on the depth that the ink soaked into the pages. Scrape, then sand. Don't use bleach or hydrogen peroxide because it will not then come out of the paper and will make it turn brown and crumble to dust eventually as the acid continues to affect the paper. I think this one need a video course! Stay tuned.
